Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured activities: arts & crafts, games, STEM, homework help, etc.
- Supervise and engage a group of school-age children.
- Ensure children’s safety at all times
- Maintain daily attendance and incident reports
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, parents, and co-workers
- Help with program setup, cleanup, and transitions
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience working with children under age 13 (in a school, camp, daycare, or similar setting)
- A big plus if you have:
- School-Age Care Credential
- Associate’s degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation or a related field
